Since 1991, The Whitfield Company has
provided Randalls exclusive representation
on more than 50 transactions ranging
from leasing a discontinued store space
to Saks Fifth Avenue at The Arboretum,
to new store site selection and development
at the environmentally sensitive southwest
Austin Shady Hollow shopping center. |

The Whitfield Company has worked with
various clients to locate and identify
plays that provide value creation
opportunities no readily apparent
to the marketplace. On South Lamar,
The Whitfield Company purchased a
2.5 acre single family residential
site overlooking the greenbelt, combined
it with the 3.25 acre State Farm Insurance
site next door, and entitled it for
a mixed use high rise condominium
project.
The
Whitfield Company is actively pursuing
listing and investment opportunities
for mixed use properties. We are currently
