The Whitfield Company real estate company specializing in commercial real estate projects in the Austin area for over 25 years. The company was organized in April of 1988 at the request of Jones Lang Wootton U.S.A. Their New York office, after working with Gail Whitfield at Fuller Commercial Brokerage, asked her to form a company which could better service their properties. The Whitfield Company was comprised of herself and two other real estate professionals. After successfully leasing over 600,000 square feet in a depressed market, the job was complete.

Since that time, The Whitfield Company has become the exclusive broker for Randalls Food and Drugs and has completed forty-five projects on their behalf. The Whitfield Company is also the exclusive broker for Lowes Home Improvements and has completed eight transactions on their behalf. The Whitfield Company has completed transactions involving the acquisition, development and consulting of various properties for a variety of different uses with national and local developers such as Weingarten Real Estate Investment Trust, Provident Realty Advisors, Simon Property Group, Endeavor Real Estate and many others.
